Free retention review
Make the next order
less of an afterthought.
We review your flows, offers and repeat rate, then identify the three changes we would ship first.
With Boring Commerce, the performance team behind this publication. Bring the customer journey as it is today.
What we look at
Follow the customer,
then the money.
- 01
The first order experience
Delivery promises, product guidance and unresolved support issues that can prevent the second purchase.
- 02
The flows already running
Welcome, abandoned checkout, post-purchase and win-back messages. We look for missing exits, duplicate sends and poor timing.
- 03
The repeat revenue picture
First-to-second purchase by cohort, the time between orders and whether the reporting window is long enough.
- 04
The offer and its margin
Bundles, refill offers and incentives. We check what remains after product costs, discounts and delivery.
How it works
A clear next step.
- Book a time.
Share your website and the part of the customer journey you want to improve.
- Walk through the evidence.
On the call, we trace the customer journey through your flows and anonymised order data.
- Keep the priorities.
You leave with three recommended changes, the reason for each and a measure of success.
Questions, answered.
Is the retention review free?
Yes. Bring your current customer journey and leave with a prioritised action list.
Who is this useful for?
Indian D2C brands with steady first orders and enough order history to see whether customers return. If the store is new, we can review the first-purchase experience and explain what to measure next.
What should we bring?
Your website, a list or screenshots of active flows, your usual time between purchases and a customer cohort export if available. Use anonymised totals. Do not send passwords or customer contact lists.
Do you need account access?
Access is not required to book. We can discuss screenshots and anonymised exports on the call. If a deeper check needs read access, we agree the scope first.
Will the review include implementation?
The free review identifies priorities. Building flows, changing offers and ongoing retention work are scoped in a separate engagement.
